Expert: Japan was wary of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation because of the Kuril Islands

Japanese public opinion has become more wary in connection with the adoption of an amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the inadmissibility of actions to alienate the territory of Russia, said former professor at Tokyo University Sofia Toshihiko Ueno on July 10.
