A large fire engulfed a historic building on Tverskaya street in Moscow, its area was 800 square meters. The fire was rated the fourth level of difficulty -- with the flame fought for hours. It is assumed that the building could be breached fire safety rules during repair work-it is known that the house was under reconstruction.
