Time requirement: the CEC is preparing a three-day election

The CEC head Ella Pamfilova has suggested to hold elections in September for three days from 11 to 13 September. The main day will be the 13th of the month -- the Single day of voting. The need for a new format of elections, the CEC explained the requirement of time due to pandemic coronavirus.
