In Uzbekistan explained the reason for the decline in the speed of the Internet

The fall in the speed of mobile Internet in some settlements of Uzbekistan is due to the congestion of network nodes, the press service of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications reported. The Ministry noted that the sown network nodes are under constant control. Organizational and technical measures have been taken to ensure reliable network operation. Congestion of networks is caused by the introduction of remote education and remote work. Recall, according to the results of March 2020 Uzbekistan took the 95th place in the Speedtest Global Index on the speed of the Internet among 176 countries. During the year, the speed of the fixed Internet increased 2.3 times, to 26.92 Mbps.
