The world has changed radically: Medvedev about the pandemic and its outcome

Deputy Chairman of the Russian security Council, Dmitry Medvedev drew attention to the radical changes of the world in pandemic coronavirus. In particular, he noted affected the economies of all countries and the fall in world GDP of 3%, equivalent to about $9 trillion.
