US President Donald Trump approved the purchase by Oracle and Walmart of the American segment of the Chinese social network TikTok after the consent of their leaders to invest $5 billion in an educational fund. According to them, the president on September 19 for several hours discussed a phone deal with the Chinese company ByteDance with one of the founders of Oracle Larry Allison and Walmart head Doug McMillan. And he promised to support their intentions after they proposed to create an educational fund in the United States and invest about $5 billion in it.
